Order flow
1. Inquiries
Our staff will discuss the necessary items. Please provide as much information as possible.
2. Submission of rough estimate
We will submit a rough estimate based on your request.
3.Meeting
We will interview you about your event details and wishes by phone, online, or by meeting you in person, and conduct a preliminary inspection of the venue.
4. Submission of this quotation
After the meeting, we will propose an estimate that includes all the customer's requests and a planned estimate according to the budget.
5.Order
After you are satisfied with the contents of the plan and the quotation, please contact us to place an order. Minor changes such as changes in the number of people can be accepted up to 5 days before the event.
Flow of the day
1. Loading work
Our staff will discuss the necessary items. Please provide as much information as possible.
2. Installation of fruits and decorations
Dishes and decorations will be placed in pre-arranged locations.
3. Event start
Start serving fruit. Please guide the customer to the fruit delivery place. * The store may be responsible for guiding. If you have a serving staff, we will proceed as agreed in advance, such as collecting and replenishing empty plates.
4. End of event
We will complete the withdrawal work as soon as possible at the same time as the end.
5. Removal work
Greet the customer who placed the order and receive the payment in the case of cash payment. In the case of an invoice, the invoice will be handed over or mailed at a later date.
